Nasturtium Pesto


25g nasturtium leaves
1-2 mint leaves
1 clove peeled garlic
3 nasturtium seed pods
25g pine nuts
35g finely grated Parmesan or hard goats cheese
25ml lemon juice
75ml olive oil
petals of marigold flower
salt and pepper to taste


Whizz everything together (except petals and seasoning) in a food processor or blender for a couple of minutes until you have  a soft consistency. Remove from blender, mix in petals and season to taste.  Stir in through pasta, smear it on a pita or use as a dip.
