The latest Food Climate Research Network (FCRN) interview is now up on their website. This time they feature the work of the Sustainable Restaurants Association, a national not-for-profit membership association, providing restaurants with advice and support to help them navigate the whole spectrum of sustainability issues.
Tara Garnett of FCRN writes:
“The interviews feature the work of research institutions, NGOs, the food industry, policy makers and even individuals, who collectively embody a great breadth of technological, behavioural, economic, commercial and policy expertise. We ask how their work seeks to address food-related GHG emissions, what they feel the big questions and challenges for the food climate community to be, and what help they might welcome from others.”
