Local Food Night: Beer, Cheese n' Oatcakes

St Andrews Uni Local Food Night with the Fife Diet,and Transition University as part of the Green Week (loads else on here) 5.45 – 8.00 pm at New Hall featuring a handful of Fife’s finest local producers, with sampling and a chance to meet farmers and artisan food producers face to face. You can join the Fife Diet on the night (free).

Oatcakes and other baked goods from Fife oats (for the first time!)

‘Anster’ cheese is hand-made on the farm – to a traditional recipe – by Jane Stewart, using unpasteurised milk from her husband Robert’s herd of home-bred Holstein Friesian cows.

A family-run grower of organic produce based near Abernethy in Fife. They operate a box scheme for organic vegetables, bringing organic produce straight from the field directly to your door. Sign up on the night!
