Charlie Clutterbuck – Towards a Sustainable Food System Now!
Charlie Clutterbuck is a research fellow at Department of Food Policy, City University and a member of the Food Ethics Council. He’ll talk on: “What is Sustainable Food, Why we need it now, and Who should promote it”. His website Sustainable Food (see here) provides a resource for educators, students, managers and workers to promote food that is healthier for people & planet.
